Lucky had an unexpected visitor that left viewers feeling nostalgic on the September 20, 2024 episode of General Hospital.
After a bloody and injured Lucky (Jonathan Jackson) was thrown into a cell on Sidwell’s (Carlo Rota) compound, he struggled to get off the ground, and that was when an unexpected hand appeared to help him. “I must be worst off than I thought,” Lucky said.
Dressed in scrubs, Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) began diagnosing Lucky’s injuries, including a concussion. Lucky noted he certainly has a concussion if he’s talking to someone who isn’t there. Elizabeth helped Lucky up, then questioned his decisions that have taken him away from his family.
Lucky admitted that being away from Elizabeth was the hardest thing he ever had to do, and he’s thought about her every day. This, of course, isn’t the first time we’ve seen Lucky think of Elizabeth, the first being when he had a flashback to the couple dancing. Elizabeth called him a coward for not being able to face his family before he woke up on the ground, determined to free himself.
Meanwhile, after Holly (Emma Samms) caught Anna (Finola Hughes) and learned that they were on a mission to save Lulu (who has just been recast with an All My Children star), she decided to help her and Jason rescue Lucky. Jason continued playing a d winning against Sidwell, eventually winning a diamond bracelet that Sidwell promised to Holly.
She told her lover to invite them to the compound to try and win it back for her, and he agreed, unbeknownst to them all that Sidwell is on to them. Spoilers for next week tease the walls closing in on Anna, Jason, and Holly and some devastating news for Lucky.
