Lucas is back on the October 4, 2024 episode of General Hospital, and the doctor’s first rounds involved both familiar and unwanted faces.
As Carly (Laura Wright) and Josslyn (Eden McCoy) discussed the latest on Lulu, they heard a knock on the door that sent Carly running to answer it. That was when Lucas (Van Hansis, who made his GH debut today) appeared and grabbed his sister in a hug. He promised to catch up with Joss as she left to hang out with Trina (Tabyana Ali) before joining Carly in the living room to hear all about the latest drama in Port Charles.

Carly welcomed him back home and asked if he’s up for working at GH again, but he assured her he felt it was a sign to stop running, similarly to the way Lucky (Jonathan Jackson) has realized he needs to stop running from Port Charles and finally face his son.
After a tough conversation about Wiley (Viron Weaver) and wondering what exactly Carly’s current relationship with Sonny (Maurice Benard) was, Lucas arrived at GH and met with Terry (Cassandra James). When he told her he was looking forward to a fresh start, she had no choice but to break some unexpected news to him.
Next viewers saw Lucas, he was walking into a lab room where Brad (Parry Shen) was hard at work. When Brad commented on him being back, Lucas immediately said, “Not for you.” Lucas went on to set his boundaries and make some things clear with his ex, saying there would be no catching up or rehashing the past. “I want nothing to do with you ever,” was the last thing Lucas said to him.
How do you think things will play out for Lucas and Brad? Let us know in the comments.
