Was There Love In An Elevator On August 9 General Hospital?

Willow got stuck in an elevator with the last person she’d want to be trapped with on the August 9, 2024 episode of General Hospital.

At A Standstill

As Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) rode in the elevator at the Metro Court, Drew (Cameron Mathison, who you can catch in several movies and shows this weekend) popped in and asked if there was room for one more. As hesitant as she was, she welcomed Drew in, but that was when the elevator jolted and came to a stop.

Drew kept things flirty when he asked if he took take his jacket off, then told Willow all about a fundraiser in LA that he wanted her to join him on. Willow immediately shot him down, saying it was due to wanting to spend time with Wiley (Viron Weaver) before school starts, but Drew saw through her, knowing he was the real reason for her not wanting to go.

Going Up

Drew apologized again for what happened between them on the Fourth of July and stared at each other a little too long just as the elevator started moving and opened on the floor Nina (Cynthia Watros) was on.

Nina laid into Drew as soon as Willow was gone, noticing the way her daughter couldn’t get away from him fast enough. But the animosity quickly turned to and unsaid desire when Drew found out he needed to make more progress in his campaign with the school board and Nina invited him for dinner in her room, which will inevitably turn into more.

With spoilers for next week teasing Willow making a confession, it appears her secret kiss with Drew may be about to come out.
