The race is on to free Alexis before it’s too late on the October 9, 2024 episode of General Hospital.
Kristina’s Last Straw
Kristina (Kate Mansi) finally visited her mom in Pentonville, where she learned about Alexis’ unexpected cellmate, Heather (Alley Mills). Kristina worried her mom was becoming too comfortable in prison and decided to go to the only person she knew could help: Sonny (Maurice Benard, who recently dished about his next endeavor).
After an awkward interaction with Sonny’s flirt buddy, Natalia (Eva LaRue), Kristina shared her concerns with her dad and decided she had no choice but to confess. Sonny immediately shot her down and told her he would handle it after learning from Diane (Carolyn Hennesy, who is one of several soap stars to appear on this year’s Hallmark Channel Countdown to Christmas lineup) that Alexis’ trial was only three weeks away.
Decisions, Decisions
Sonny called over his righthand man to discuss next steps, and the conversation with Jason (Steve Burton) went from bad to worse. After realizing they may not be able to find the gun Alexis disposed of, Sonny knew his last resort for saving the mother of his child was to turn himself in. That was when Jason decided they simply needed to make sure the PCPD found the gun, alluding to a plan in the works.
This plan may have gone off without a hitch if it wasn’t for Kristina’s impulsive nature when she showed up at Anna’s (Finola Hughes) – who finally had a short and sweet confrontation with Jason about their shocking kiss – office admitting she had information about the night of the murder.
