  • Maxie’s awakening will come with major shockwaves.

Kirsten Storms Shares Her ‘Happy Place’

Back in July, Storms revealed she was taking an extended hiatus from GH. She was relocating and dealing with more health issues.

Recently, she shared more about what she’s been up to while away from Port Charles, and it’s something she calls her “happy place.”

The actress wrote, “Hanging out in my happy place!”

Storms has been keeping herself busy by crocheting. It’s a love she shares with her best friend and former GH castmate, Emme Rylan (Lulu).

In the post, the GH star offered up a one-of-a-kind sweater on the website she hosts. However, it appears to have sold already.

When Will Maxie Return to GH?

Currently, the only information about Storms’ return as Maxie was teased by the actress herself. She had taken a social media hiatus, but when she returned, the tease was evident.

2026 appears to be the year Maxie will wake up from her coma, which is much quicker than her best friend, Lulu (Alexa Havins). There will be many changes for her to comprehend, and some of them are life-altering.

She has no idea her husband, Nathan (Ryan Paevey), has returned from the dead. Maxie had been rebuilding her life with Spinelli (Bradford Anderson), but that could change in an instant.

Not only is Nathan alive, but Britt (Kelly Thiebaud) is back from the dead, too. It’s enough to give anyone a shock, let alone someone who has spent months in a coma away from her children and parents.

Felicia (Kirstina Wagner) and Mac (John J. York) have visited Maxie while she’s been in a coma, and the news that she wakes up will be an occasion that makes their year. It’s been difficult with the kids, but Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) and Lulu have stepped up to fill in the gaps.

Maxie’s return will stir things up in Port Charles and add another layer to the already drama-filled GH.
