General Hospital’s Kirsten Storms Gives ‘Naughty Librarian’

Sometimes, soap actors change their looks. General Hospital star Kirsten Storms embraced a new side to herself. She was told that she gave off “naughty librarian” vibes. 

Embracing Her Inner ‘Naughty Librarian’

On Wednesday, October 9, Storms posted two new selfies on her Instagram account. The first shot featured her in a black button-down shirt with a dainty bow tied at the collar. Storms’ blonde hair was styled in a braid.

The GH star kept the rest of her look simple. She wore minimal makeup with a little mascara and a light pink lip color. The actress held her phone up to the mirror and shot the old school mirror selfie from her dressing room. She transitioned into the role of her character, Maxie Jones.

Storms also posted another photo of herself from home. This time, she rocked a Green Bay Packers sweatshirt, and her hair was wavy and messy. The former child star stood before a wall decorated with dream catchers. Storms revealed that she should embrace her “naughty librarian” side, as seen in the first shot.

“I don’t know if it’s the ribbon bow at my collar (courtesy of our wardrobe designer extraordinaire Shawn) or the mohawk braid (thanks @abrahamjosephr), but I LOVE this look. Somebody told me it was giving ‘naughty librarian’ vibes, and I was down for that,” Storms wrote in the caption. 

She admitted that it “takes a village” to look good on television. The GH crew begins filming early in the morning and shoots throughout the day, typically lasting between 9 to 10 hours. Storms thanked her hair and makeup team for “all of their hard work.” 

Fans took to the comment section to react. Most of them agreed: she looked great in both photos. One fan wrote, “Just wanted to tell you that you look fantastic. Hope you feel as good as you look!” Another user noted, “Before and after, both totally gorgeous!” A third fan dubbed Storms as the “Personification of Perfection!”
