James finally came face-to-face with Nathan on the October 3, 2025 episode of General Hospital…but is this really his dad?
Like Father, Like Son
Ever since Nathan (Ryan Paevey) returned from the dead, the only person on everyone’s minds has been James (Gary James Fuller). He never knew his dad, and has quite a few pesudo daddies in his life. First, there was Peter (Wes Ramsey), then Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) stepped in to help raise Maxie’s (Kirsten Storms) kids when they got back together, then Cody (Josh Kelly) came into James’ life and acted like the cool, fun father figure he never had.
Now, as Nathan demands to see his son, it’s up to Spinelli and Felicia (Kristina Wagner) to do what’s best for James. But of course, James being James, when they brought him to GH, he managed to sneak into his father’s hospital room, sodas in-hand, ready to get to know the father he thought was dead.
James and Nathan shared a sweet moment that fueled Spinelli’s jealousy, a side of the cyber genius we haven’t seen in years.
But could Spinelli’s uncertainties about Nathan’s return be warranted? Considering the way Britt (Kelly Thiebaud) has reacted to her supposed brother’s return, it’s safe to say not all is what it seems when it comes to Nathan this time around.
General Hospital spoilers for October 6 takes things back to The Quartermaines when Monica’s (the late Leslie Charleson) will reading takes a dramatic turn.
