Here’s Who Showed Up To Say Goodbye To Sam On October 24 General Hospital

It was a day of hellos and goodbyes in Port Charles as everyone gathered at the hospital ahead of Sam’s surgery on the October 24, 2024 episode of General Hospital.

It’s Just You And Me

As Sam (Kelly Monaco) geared up for her surgery, she was visited by several friends and family, starting with Carly (Laura Wright). The two frenemies shared a sweet moment before Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) brought Danny (Asher Antonyzyn) and Scout (Cosette Abinante) to wish their mom luck. Sonny (Maurice Benard) also stopped by, followed by Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) and Rocco (Finn Francis Carr), who thanked her for saving his mom.

But the best part came when Sam was wheeled out for surgery and stopped in front of everyone in the hall to see them one last time before she headed in. As they all wished her well, the elevator dinged and out came Jason (Steve Burton), who assured her she’s got this, touching every JaSam shippers’ heart.

Guess Who’s Back

Another person who showed up in the nick of time today was Steve (Scott Reeves, who returned to GH) after Curtis (Donnell Turner) flew him to town to tend to the Heather (Alley Mills) situation. Steve noted the tough time he’s had getting back on his feet since being released from prison, and Curtis offered to help if he took his mother out of Port Charles.

Once it was time for Heather to get out of Pentonville, Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) reluctantly arrived to pick her up, and that was when they both ran into Steve. While Steve assured he didn’t plan on staying in town long, only time will tell how things may change if Heather refuses to leave with him.
