Lulu Spencer Falconeri has been a central figure on General Hospital. Born to Luke Spencer and Laura Collins, Lulu grew up in the shadow of her parents’ iconic love story and their dramatic lives. Over the years, she developed into a fiercely independent and compassionate woman who often found herself in the center of Port Charles’ biggest storylines. With Alexa Havins bringing Lulu back to the canvas, here’s what you need to know about her.
Lulu’s Dramatic Life
Lulu’s adult life has been marked by intense romantic relationships, particularly with Dante (Dominic Zamprogna). The two shared a passionate and tumultuous marriage. They’ve dealt with infidelity, Dante’s undercover work, and Lulu’s fear of abandonment.
Lulu has two children, Rocco (Finn Carr) and Charlotte (Scarlett Fernandez). Britt (Kelly Thiebaud) gave birth to Rocco after stealing Dante and Lulu’s embryo. Meanwhile, Helena (Constance Towers) created Charlotte, whose parents are Lulu and Valentin (James Patrick Stuart).
Professionally, Lulu pursued her journalistic ambitions, working for The Port Charles Press. Her drive often placed her in dangerous situations, including uncovering corruption and exposing secrets. Her determination to pursue the truth made her a respected figure in Port Charles and put her at odds with powerful enemies.

Explosion And Coma
In 2020, Lulu’s life took a devastating turn when she was caught in the explosion at the Floating Rib, a tragedy orchestrated by Cyrus Renault (Jeff Cober). Although she initially appeared unharmed, Lulu collapsed from a traumatic brain injury, leaving her in a coma.
Her condition remained uncertain since this, and Lulu’s family and friends continued visiting her regularly, hoping for her recovery. Her absence has left a noticeable void in the lives of her children and loved ones, particularly Laura (Genie Francis) and Maxie (Kirsten Storms — who recently created a monster).
Lulu’s return promises to reintroduce her to a Port Charles that’s changed a lot in the last 3 years. She’ll likely have to deal with the fact that Sam (Kelly Monaco) died after helping save her life, which won’t be easy.
