Heather’s Freedom Destroys One Relationship, Starts Another On October 23 General Hospital

As the news of Heather’s impending freedom spread around Port Charles, it may be about to destroy one relationship and spark another on the October 23, 2024 episode of General Hospital.

Friends To Lovers?

After Ric (Rick Hearst) broke the news to everyone that Heather (Alley Mills) was about to be a free woman, Portia (Brook Kerr) immediately lashed out, blaming Ric for the outcome. As she and Curtis (Donnell Turner) navigated how to best protect their daughter, Trina (Tabyana Ali) insisted she wasn’t about to run from Heather.

After declining her parents’ offer to spend the night with them, once Trina arrived home alone to her apartment, a knock on the door frightened her enough to grab a mallet before answering it. She opened the door to see Gio (Giovanni Mazza), who noticed his friend was more afraid than she let on, and asked if he could crash on her couch to secretly make her feel safer.

On The Outs?

Meanwhile, after TJ (Tajh Bellow) and Molly (Kristen Vaganos) wound up in yet another rift, this time over Heather’s case, TJ chose to go to work instead of going home and ran into Lucas (Van Hansis). TJ confided in the fellow doctor about his recent situation with Molly, and Lucas admitted he knew what it was like to lose a child and end a relationship over it.

Although Lucas admitted he no longer saw a future with Brad (Parry Shen), TJ assured both Lucas and himself that he didn’t want that same outcome for him a Molly. But despite Dex (Evan Hofer, who recently dished on which one of his GH co-stars had become his mentor) and Josslyn (Eden McCoy) spending the night together, only time will tell how Molly’s growing friendship with adex could potentially put a wedge between her and her partner.
