General Hospital Fans Weigh in on Nik’s Next Career Move

It looks like a party at Wyndemere any day now as every homeless General Hospital character will take a wing at the castle.

If you’re friends with Nikolas Cassadine (Tyler Christopher) or related in any way, his casa is su casa, so it’s a good thing it’s a castle. With Hayden (now his wife, but before a house guest) and Laura (Genie Francis) already living there, and Elizabeth (Rebecca Budig), Cameron, Aiden, Jake, Lulu (Emme Rylan), and Rocco all about to move in, Nikolas might want to think of starting a new career and giving ELQ back to the Qs.

After all, the Quartermaines might beat him in court (Jason made that very clear today) and Helena’s will reading may not go as he expects, so he better have a backup plan.

Soap Hub wanted to know if you think Nik should open up his own Nikolas Cassadine Bed and Breakfast for Lost Souls right there on Spoon Island. Wyndemere is certainly big enough and he’s already getting plenty of practice with so many house guests.

Out of 3,000 votes, nearly half of you think it’s a fine idea. With 49% of the vote, the idea of Nik opening a bed and breakfast has its appeal. Just think of the drama–and comedy–that can ensue.

Another 26% say a bed and breakfast is a silly idea, and it is. But, so is inviting everyone who seems to need a home over to stay. First, Valerie (Brytni Sarpy)made a home on Spoon Island and they weren’t even blood related (and barely knew each other). Then, he invited Hayden into the castle despite the fact that he ordered a bullet in her head last spring. Nikolas is already acting silly, so why not add to it?

A final 25% don’t care what Nikolas does. You’re getting sick of his dark side and arrogance and fast forward all his scenes, so if he starts a new ridiculous career, you won’t see it anyway.
