Monaco played Sam for nearly 21 years and left the soap in 2024 after her character was murdered by Cyrus (Jeff Kober). Monaco has been mostly unheard from since leaving GH, aside from announcing an upcoming podcast. Now, the actress was seen in the audience during DWTS’ 20th anniversary episode.

Many may remember that Monaco competed on the first season of DWTS and became the show’s very first winner. Monaco appeared again during the show’s All-Star season in 2012, where she competed with Val Chmerkovskiy, who later guest-starred on GH.
