Danny Took His Grief Out On Someone Unexpected On November 18 General Hospital

Emotions are running high through Port Charles today as everyone prepared for Sam’s funeral on General Hospital, and her son has finally let his grief out on someone unexpected.

Holding It Together

Since Sam’s (ex-Kelly Monaco, who recently said a heartfelt goodbye to GH) devastating death, Danny (Asher Antonyzyn) has managed to hold himself together in true mini Stonecold fashion. He’s confided in Jason (Steve Burton) and Carly (Laura Wright) about losing his mom, but assured them he’ll stay composed for his sister Scout’s (Cosette Abinante) sake.

Dressed in a suit, ready for the funeral with Scout and Rocco (Finn Francis Carr) by his side, the three kids discovered a bruised Drew (Cameron Mathison) in the foyer. While Drew assured his daughter he was fine, Danny secretly told Rocco that his uncle had to be covering up a fight.

Letting It All Out

While a shocked Rocco overheard Drew and Nina (Cynthia Watros) talking about his fight with Jason, Danny was already at the church, preparing to say goodbye to his mom. He stood over the casket, looking at the flowers and Scout’s drawing laid on it until he suddenly heard his name.

When he turned, he saw his Uncle Lucas (Van Hansis) walking in, and that was when he snapped. “You are not allowed to be here!” he shouted. “You’re the one who let my mother die!”

Lucas, already feeling guilty over Sam’s death, hurried out of the church after Danny finally made his true feelings known.
