There’s yet another person fighting Tracy for Willow’s kids, and it may just bring things full circle on the January 16, 2025 episode of General Hospital.
Willow’s Pattern
First, Nina (Cynthia Watros) tried and failed to get through to Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) about the mistake of keeping Sonny (Maurice Benard) and Carly (Laura Wright) from Michael (Chad Duell, who recently opened up about his character’s exit story), she ran into one of her, as she put it, “saviors.” After she confided in Chase (Josh Swickard) about her current situation, she admitted there was a pattern in her life. She jumped from hero to hero whenever it was convenient.
This is a pattern Michael realized before his accident. He pointed out that Chase saved Willow from Dawn of Day, Michael saved her from not being a mother, and Drew (Cameron Mathison) helped save her by rescuing her bone marrow donor. Each time, Willow fell for the knight in shining armor, regardless of who she hurt.
A Never-Ending Cycle
Chase being Chase, he assured her it wasn’t so black and white before going home to the Quartermaine Mansion, where he immediately laid into Tracy (Jane Elliot) for keeping Willow’s kids from her. If Tracy didn’t budge for Sonny, Jason (Steve Burton), or a rampaging Carly, she certainly won’t budge for Mr. Good Cop, but it’s sweet of him to try.

His efforts, however, could bring all this to a full circle moment. If Chase does manage to get Tracy to let Willow have the kids, that instantly turns him into Willow’s savior for the day. And we all know what happens when a man saves her.
