Brook Lynn’s Dream Died While Brennan Almost Died On January 29 General Hospital

It was a tough night for both Brook Lynn and Brennan on the January 29, 2025, episode of General Hospital… and things will only get worse.

Bye Bye, Baby

After Chase (Josh Swickard) heartbreakingly told Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) that he was sterile, she assured him they would get through it. But the second Chase left, Brook Lynn called her mom in tears over her crushed dream of having Chase’s baby.

When Lois (Rena Sofer) arrived, Brook Lynn suggested she tell Chase the truth about her past pregnancy. All Chase wants is for his wife to experience pregnancy, having no idea she’s done it all before. It’s been hinted at that Lois knows Gio (Giovanni Mazza, who recently dished on his character’s birth parents) is the baby her daughter gave up, but Brook Lynn seemingly has no idea.

Also on the baby front were Sasha (Sofia Mattsson) and Jason (Steve Burton) after Jason revealed he knew Michael (ex-Chad Duell) was the father of her baby. She begged him not to tell anyone else while Cody (Josh Kelly) watched from afar as the pair suddenly felt the baby kick.

Valentin’s Revenge

With Brennan (Charles Mesure) alone in the hotel spa, he got an unexpected visit from Valentin (James Patrick Stuart). He began choking him as revenge for the hit taken out on him in Prague. Valentin doesn’t know that Brennan didn’t order his assistant to shoot at him and continued choking the WSB chief until he was unconscious on the floor. That was when Carly (Laura Wright) appeared and smashed Valentin over the head.

Carly tended to Brennan, trying to get him to wake up. She finally succeeded when she threatened to tell the world he died in a bathrobe. Once he regained consciousness, they realized Valentin had taken off.
