As everyone makes big moves in Port Charles, Bradford Anderson revealed why General Hospital has suddenly turned into a reality show.

He Came Home

On a recent episode of their podcast Daily Drama, co-hosts and co-stars Bradford Anderson (Spinelli) and Steve Burton (Jason) dished on the latest news from the Quartermaine Mansion. “The golden boy comes home,” Anderson teased. “You moved back into your family house,” he said, referring to Jason making the decision to move into the mansion to raise Danny (Asher Antonyzyn) and keep the kids together after Sam’s (ex-Kelly Monaco) death.

“It was multiple conversations with various people about what to do for Danny,” Burton explained. “To keep him with the kids, not separate all he kids during this times, so the resolution was that I would move back into the Quartermaines.”

When Anderson asked if Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) was living there too, Burton confirmed that Jason, Dante, and Drew (Cameron Mathison) all live there, to which Anderson replied, “This just became a reality show. The Real World with the Quartermaines.”

Counting Quartermaines

After Burton noted he’s excited to see what Tracy’s (Jane Elliot) reaction to all of her new housemates will be, Anderson had to ask, “How many bedrooms in the Quarrtermaine house, do you think?”

Burton listed off the gatehouse, home to Michael (Chad Duell) and Willow (Katelyn MacMullen), and the guest house, now home to Josslyn (Eden McCoy) and Trina (Tabyana Ali), while Anderson added that Cody (Josh Kelly) lives in the stables.

Their mansion tangent went on as Anderson began counting just how many bedrooms are needed, coming to the conclusion that Tracy, Jason, Dante, Drew, the kids, Ned (Wally Kurth), and Monica (ex-Leslie Charleson) all need rooms, which makes the mansion at least a seven bedroom house. “This is the most interesting house that has ever been,” Anderson declared.
