Two major actors who got their starts on General Hospital just reunited for a very special reason.
Reunited And They Look So Good
GH took to Instagram to document a major moment between two Port Charles alums. Along with two cozy photos from the AARP Awards, the caption read, “Jackie Templeton and Blackie Parrish – together again! @johnstamos had the honor of presenting @demimoore with the @AARP Award for Best Actress over the weekend, which she received for her role in @trythesubstance.”
John Stamos and Demi Moore both broke out in Hollywood on GH in the early 80s. Stamos played Blackie from 1982-1984, while Moore played Jackie from 1981-1983. While Blackie has not been seen in Port Charles since he was sent to prison for accidentally murdering his girlfriend, Kim Delaney recently took on the role of Jackie, Chase’s (Josh Swickard) mom, from 2020-2021.

Years Go By
Stamos and Moore also shared a joint Instagram reel, which featured photos from then and now with the words “40 years flies by,” as well as clips from their reunion on the red carpet.
“Demi and I go back over 40 years, to when we played Blackie and Jackie on General Hospital. We had big hair, big dreams, and enough hairspray between us to single-handedly destroy the ozone layer,” Stamos captioned the post. “Demi is proof that some things only get better with time—like fine wine, classic rock, and the number of abs she has.”
With over 40,000 likes and nearly 500 comments, Stamos’ reel garnered love from Stamos’ former GH costar Kin Shriner (Scott — speaking of, where has he been?), who wrote, “Good to see you guys.”
GH’s post caught the attention of current GH actress Cassandra James (Terry), who commented, “Icons! Legends! Stars!”
