Adam Huss continues to play out Nikolas’s story this week on General Hospital. The character is angst-ridden over the presumed death of his son, Spencer. In real life, Huss is deeply grateful for the support he’s getting from his GH supporters.
Living in Gratitude
“Every. Single. Kind. Comment. Has made my day,” Huss wrote on X, formerly Twitter, about the feedback he’s gotten on his recent work on GH. “These scenes were so important for me to get right! Loved every minute of filming them. Sending MAJOR love out to you all for taking the time to show your love and appreciation towards me and my portrayal of #Nikolas #cassadine.”
The show’s writers are giving Huss one dramatic moment after the next. A standout was when Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) took Nikolas into custody. First, he asked if he could say goodbye to his son, Ace (Joey and Jay Clay). In a tender moment, Nikolas said farewell to Ace (who is turning out to be the best baby actor on TV!). “That smile [Ace] gave you in today’s episode absolutely melted me,” shared April Roga on X. “He really does adore you like no one else on the show. Pure magic!!!”
