Port Charles nails the Halloween costume game every year on General Hospital, but only a few have been unforgettable over the years.

Horrifying Honorable Mention

While this costume wasn’t technically for Halloween, it was arguably one of the best-remembered moments of a character dressing up when Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) let Maxie (Kirsten Storms) turn him into a full-blown clown in order to face his fears before Port Charles carnival.

Trina and Spencer as Little Red Riding Hood and The Wolf

As one of GH’s most popular supercouples, Trina (Tabyana Ali) and Spencer (ex-Nicholas Alexander Chavez, who spent this Halloween season starring in two spooky shows) pulled off an adorable couple’s costume last Halloween as Little Red Riding Hood and the wolf.

Molly as Ruth Bader Ginsburg

Molly has always been incredibly mature for her age, and she proved this when she dressed as former Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg as a teenager; just one of the many reasons you’ve got to love the youngest Davis.

AJ as The Grimm Reaper

When AJ (ex-Sean Kanan) returned from the dead in 2012, he reminisced with Monica (Leslie Charleson, who recently revealed her GH status) about a Halloween costume he wore as a kid. But when the urge to see his son, Michael (Chad Duell), knawed at him, he found the old costume and wore it to the Halloween party at the Haunted Star to get a glimpse of his son.

Robin as a Fortune Teller

In another return-from-the-dead-in-time-for-Halloween moment, when Robin (ex-Kimberly McCullough) got back to Port Charles in 2013 after being presumed dead, she decided the only safe way to see her family was to dress up as a masked fortune teller and reconnect with her daughter and husband at the GH Halloween party.

Josslyn as Corn

Equally hilarious and terrifying, it’s impossible to forget young Josslyn’s epic corn costume. A play on the Stephen King classic Children of the Corn, Josslyn scared all of the adults with her creepy costume decision as a kid.
