Naughty Nelle: Should She Return To General Hospital?

Nasty Nelle, Never Nelle… Need Nelle on General Hospital? Nelle wasn’t on General Hospital all that long, but she sure managed to cause a lot of trouble!

Nelle’s longest-lasting con was when she gave birth to her baby by the side of the road, she switched the living baby Jonah with Wiley, the infant Brad (Ryan Carnes) and Brad (Parry Shen) adopted, who died within hours.

Brad introduced Lucas to their totally alive son, while Nelle presented Michael (Chad Duell) with their dead baby, just before she was dragged off to the same mental institutions Carly (Laura Wright) had recently been a resident of.

Michael and the Corinthos family are mourning Jonah. Brad panics every time Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) casts longing glances at “her” baby… or Shiloh (Coby Ryan MacLaughlin) makes moves to reclaim “his” son.

Keep Your Distance
A little Nelle goes a long way, 77% of you advise – and the viewers have had enough. She turned the Corinthos family upside down, and for that Nelle must pay with forever banishment.

It’s OK if Michael finds out the truth. In fact, you demand it. Then you want to watch the fallout with Lucas and Brad, and Sonny (Maurice Benard) explaining why this affects him the most. But it can all happen without Nelle lurking on the premises.

Come On Down
Nelle has to come back, 23% of the audience counters. Not just to play out this story but to continue making life miserable for others…especially Carly.

Yeah, yeah, yeah, she can be punished for lying about Jonah’s death. But the fact that she was being deported to a mental institution will probably back up a “not guilty by reason of insanity” defense.
