Naturally Nina: Which General Hospital Man Is Best For Her?

Considering that she spent 20 years in a coma (from which she woke up bright and perky and with no physical aftereffects), General Hospital’s Nina doesn’t exactly have a wealth of life experiences when it comes to choosing men.

Before she went into the coma, Nina’s (Cynthia Watros) husband was cheating on her. So is she really the best judge of who is and who isn’t right for her? Or should that task be left to almost 4,000 fans? Here’s what they said:

Even Steven

An even half, 50%, voted for Jax (Ingo Rademacher). He’s a good guy, and an upstanding guy, and a good-looking guy. So, sure, he lied to Nina about Nelle (Chloe Lanier) being her daughter. And about Carly’s (Laura Wright) part in her death. And a few other little details like that. But did we mention good-looking?

A smaller 35% of the audience prefers Valentin (James Patrick Stuart). He may have lied to Nina about Sasha (Sofia Mattsson) being her daughter, but, hey, he let her play mommy to his! And he played the piano for her!

And, compared to all of Valentin’s issue, Nina actually seemed sane and well-adjusted in comparison. She may have cut newborn Avery out of Ava’s (Maura West) womb, but Valentin stole Lulu’s (Emme Rylan) embryo. They’re kind of evenly matched.

Only 15% of you are hoping for somebody new to sweep Nina off her feet. He could be someone crazier than her. He could be someone saner than her. He could be someone with more experience, he could be someone with less.

What we’re basically saying is that Nina has gone through all the possible current Port Charles options – remember Franco (Roger Howarth)? – and no one has been the exact right fit.
