Even though they exist in a world called General Hospital, Jason and Sam have yet to manage having either of their babies in one.
Who needs a sterile room and – most importantly – pain medication, when you can deliver in a deserted cabin or at the bottom of a ravine? Considering the turmoil that surrounded both Danny and Scout’s births, should Jason and Sam even consider having more children? Almost 8,000 viewers played doctor.
Dangerous Liasons
Are you out of your minds, 60% of the audience screamed. People want to kill you and kidnap you, and you think adding more kids to the mix would be a good idea? Don’t you realize that every baby is just another target for the people who hate you? And a lot of people hate you.
Three Is a Magic Number
They have a boy, they have a girl, don’t they want to break the tie? Even though research has shown that three is absolutely the worst number of children to have, due to constantly shifting alliances and one child always feeling left out, 23% of you think Jason and Sam should have one more–Preferably, in a hospital, this time.
Cheaper By the Dozen
And then there are the obviously non-Zero Population Growth supporting 17% of fans who believe Sam (Kelly Monaco) and Jason (Billy Miller) should have a bunch more kids.
Maybe it’s because of all those killed off Quartermaines who need namesakes to remember them by. Edward has Daniel Edward, Lila got Sam’s first late daughter (plus Sky’s kid, but nobody remembers her), and Emily has been added to Scout’s name.
But what about poor Alan (and AJ)? Don’t they deserve some love? Jason’s birth mother, Susan? Monica (Leslie Charleson)? Guess naming a baby after Sam’s aunt Olivia (Tonja Walker) would be in bad taste, though.
