Peter was circling Maxie even before Nathan died on General Hospital (GH). Heck, Peter was partly responsible for Nathan dying!
But now that Nathan (Ryan Paevey) is dead, Peter (Wes Ramsey) has been spending more time with Maxie (Kirsten Storms) and it could be considered more than polite friendship.
Are these two on the road to romance? And, if they are, will the fans stand for it? Here’s what over 8,000 had to say about THAT!
No, nope, never, nu-uh, 59% of you are all but shrieking at the top of your lungs. The woman is a widow! The woman is pregnant with her dead husband’s child! The woman is emotional, and vulnerable, and not for you, Peterick!
Even if you might, one day, entertain the possibility of Maxie moving on from Nathan, it would never be with Peter!
For one thing, he got Nathan killed! For another thing, he lied about who he was!
And for a third, he is Faison’s (Andres Hove) son! Maxie has already been married to Faison’s son once. How did that work out? Yeah. Exactly. Maxie has served her time with that family. She never has to do it again.
Aw, but they’re sweet together, 40% of the audience coos. Peter may be a liar and a ‘traitor’, but he’s downright adorable with Maxie.
She’s mourning Nathan now, but she’ll want to move on eventually. And she’ll want a father for her child. Why not Peter?
Sure, he’s Faison’s son. But he’s also Anna’s (Finola Hughes) child (maybe, for the moment, we think, who knows?). And Anna is a good person to have on your side, no matter what.
Plus, it makes Peter practically family. Anna’s daughter Robin (Kimberly McCullough) is Mac’s (John J. York) niece. And Mac is Maxie’s dad. (Yes, he’s her real dad, Frisco the Absent doesn’t count.) So… let’s go for it!
