In the May 12 episode of General Hospital, Curtis remained insistent that Isaiah was the driver who left him and Jordan on the side of the road. Curtis has lost all common sense when it comes to the accident, but it may not be Isaiah who pays the price for Curtis’s relentless pursuit of the doctor.
Key Takeaways
- Curtis has become fixated on Isaiah.
- DA Turner hasn’t helped, and now she has her finger pointed at the doctor.
- If Isaiah gets backed into a corner, Rocco will suffer.
Curtis Is Obsessed With Isaiah
From the second Curtis (Donnell Turner) found Jordan (Tanisha Harper) yelling at Isaiah (Sawandi Wilson) in her hospital room after the accident, Curtis has been determined to make him pay. Curtis went from a concerned partner to Jordan to an obsessed man filled with rage and jealousy.
The more Curtis has focused on Isaiah as the driver who left the scene of the accident, the more he sounds like a child. Curtis thought he had connived DA Turner (Nazneen Contractor), Isaiah did it, and that criminal charges should be filed.
However, that changed after she informed Curtis that a judge didn’t see it that way and denied the warrant for a paint sample from Isaiah’s car. Curtis flipped his lid and became more determined than ever to prove his case.
Isaiah Isn’t The Guilty Party
GH fans know that Isaiah was nowhere near the accident because he was at Lulu’s (Alexa Havins) house. Isaiah helped Rocco (Finn Carr) with his hand after he shot Cullum (Andrew Hawkes).
Another layer was added to this storyline when Isaiah informed Lulu that he had scratched his car that night and that it was being fixed. No doubt, when Curtis discovers that piece of information, Isaiah will be arrested.
Isaiah filled Lulu in that he planned to protect her and Rocco and hoped not to have to use them as his alibi. The doctor won’t go to jail, though, or be railroaded into admitting to a crime he didn’t commit to save Rocco and Lulu.
Before he left Lulu’s, Isaiah promised to give her a heads-up before he revealed he was at her house the night of the accident, if it came to that.
Curtis Should Be Very Worried
All signs point to someone other than Isaiah paying the price for Curtis vendetta. Rocco’s the frontrunner as the likely person because if it comes out, Isaiah was at Lulu’s to help him, and more questions about his injury would arise.
If Curtis does blow up Rocco’s secret, it means big trouble for him on so many levels. There are plenty of people who would blame him for how he pursued Isaiah, with no proof beyond his hatred for him.
Portia (Brook Kerr) and Trina (Tabyana Ali) won’t be happy with him either, especially when several lives are destroyed. GH fans know, though, Curtis won’t stop when he thinks he is right, which is always.
