Should Kristina Be Back On General Hospital’s Front Burner?

Sonny and Alexis’s little girl, Kristina, is back on General Hospital, sans her professor girlfriend, Parker.

She’s been back and forth before. Should this visit be a long one, complete with a front-burner story… and a love interest?

Over 11,000 viewers made their feelings heard loud and clear.

Majority Rules
Bring it, 60% cheer! Kristina (Lexi Ainsworth) is the daughter of two major Port Charles characters.

There’s Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn), the self-proclaimed, strong, independent woman – who falls for any man who deigns to give her the time of day, and Sonny (Maurice Benard), the noble mobster who only kills, blackmails, and extorts when society gives him no other means of getting what he wants.

With parents like that, Kristina could go in any direction. She could go around judging others and telling them to do as she says, not as she does, or she could commit a variety of crimes and get away with them scot-free. Heck, why not both?

After all, this is the Kristina who offered to sleep with her married professor in exchange for a better grade — and ended up with a girlfriend.

Just like Daddy! (Parker, meanwhile, lost her job over the relationship, just like… everyone who isn’t Kristina’s Daddy.)

How can anyone with those kinds of powers not deserve a front-burner story?

Minority Fumes
For 39% of you, however, Kristina is a selfish, spoiled, self-righteous brat (just like Mommy AND Daddy), who not only doesn’t deserve the spotlight, she doesn’t deserve anyone in Port Charles to give her the time of day.

All of Kristina’s relationships, with women and with men, have been major snoozers (sorry, Ethina fans), and watching her whine to get her way, then pout when it isn’t perfect, isn’t your idea of a good time.

Kristina can go back to Oregon and live happily ever after… far away from you.

General Hospital (GH) airs weekdays on ABC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
