Kristen Alderson has been out of the acting game for the last few years, living back home with her family in Pennsylvania and supporting her brother, Eddie, as he battles cancer.
However, that doesn’t mean her fond memories of soaps are gone. She grew up before our eyes as little Starr on One Life to Live, who later became grown Starr on both OLTL and General Hospital. When ‘Starr’ spent time as a non-licensed ABC character, she then created the GH role of Kiki.
And, when her mother was looking through some old things recently, she found Alderson’s very first OLTL script–and an adorable snap from the time she first started on soaps.
Alderson started out as a small tyke and took Starr through those rebellious teenage years and even became a mother herself when OLTL tackled teen pregnancy.
Take a look at the tweets below and remember those old ABC soap days. Soap Hub remembers them fondly and hopes to see Alderson back on our screens one day soon.
General Hospital (GH) airs weekdays on ABC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
