Just Do It: Is It Time For Morgan To Return To General Hospital?

Let’s get real, no one dies on General Hospital. Is there anyone on the canvas who hasn’t come back from the dead at least once (if not more)?

So does anyone really believe that Morgan (Bryan Craig) has truly shuffled off his mortal coil? Enough sobbing about poor Morgan. Is it time for him to come back to Port Charles already? Here’s how over 6,000 voted.

Overdue Fines
It feels like we’ve been waiting forever, 76% are all out of patience. Why hasn’t Morgan returned yet? He doesn’t have to look the same. His mom, Carly (Laura Wright), certainly doesn’t look the way she did when he was born.

And Michael (Chad Duell) hasn’t been a raspy-voiced redhead in over a decade. The Corinthos family is always getting new faces, not to mention the rest of Port Charles. Morgan can come back with any face he likes, and fans will accept him!

It would be especially awesome if Morgan’s return coincided with the discovery that little Avery is actually his child, not Sonny’s (Maurice Benard). That would really throw all the Corinthos family dynamics up in the air. And give fans – and Ava (Maura West) – a great story to sink their teeth into.

Dead To Me
We really don’t miss him, 24% of you counter. In fact, Port Charles has been kind of calm and peaceful without Morgan’s never-ending tantrums and pouting. He is Sonny and Carly’s only biological child, and he managed to inherit the worst traits from both of them.

Morgan didn’t have a single viable romantic pairing while he was alive, which proves he serves little purpose.

The character hasn’t worked since he was singing karaoke with Molly, and there’s no point in beating a dead horse. Focus on Michael and Joss (Eden McCoy), and keep Morgan a not-so-great memory.
