In the June 2 episode of General Hospital, Sidwell was shocked to learn that the ladies of Deception had an ultimatum for him. Brook Lynn, Tracy, and Lucy arrived at Wyndemere with one mission: to get Sidwell out of Deception. The problem is that Sidwell won’t go without a fight, which means trouble for all three women.
Key Takeaways
- Tracy went all Quartermaine on Sidwell
- Sidwell issued valid threats to the Deception women.
- The women have no idea what they just did.
The Women of Deception Band Together
After their meeting with Ric (Rick Hearst), Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) and Tracy (Jane Elliot) grabbed Lucy (Lynn Herring) and headed to Wyndemere. Sidwell (Carlo Rotta) was in no mood for the women.
Pascal (Marc Forget) tried to get rid of them. However, they were not budging, especially Tracy and Brook Lynn. Lucy waffled a lot, which should surprise no one.
There was even a hilarious one-liner about people knowing they were at Wyndemere just in case Pascal or Sidwell had any idea about disappearing them. Lucy got on board, and when Sidwell finally arrived to talk to them, the gloves were off.
When Push Comes to Shove
It was no surprise that Sidwell didn’t simply agree to the women kicking him out of Deception. The woman, point-blank, accused him of using Deception for illegal activity and warned him he needed to get out of the company or else.
They threatened to self-report Deception to the SCC, which would trigger a whistleblower audit. Sidwell lost his mind screaming at them, especially as Lucy again started to waffle on how far she would go to get him out.
However, once Lucy was back on board, Sidwell still didn’t take the bait. Instead, he showed his true villainous side, angrily warning that without him, there was no Deception. The only reason the conversation ended was that Pascal summoned Sidwell to talk to Cullum (Andrew Hawkes).
The Fallout of Tracy, Lucy, and Brook Lynn’s Threats
Despite having the best intentions when it comes to Deception, the women not only put themselves at risk but also the company. The walls are closing in on Sidwell, and something tells us he will soon reach a point where he will burn everything down.
Sidwell can’t seem to get anything to go right for him lately. Everything he has his hands in is blowing up in Sidwell’s face. Add in the grief he’s feeling over Marco’s (Adrian Anchondo) death, and Sidwell is more dangerous than ever.
Additionally, Sidwell hasn’t been thinking clearly, which poses a greater danger to the women. The writing is on the wall that either Lucy, Tracy, or Brook Lynn is about to be seriously harmed or worse.
Sidwell will definitely seek revenge. If the women are lucky, it will only affect Deception—either way, they need to brace for what comes next, because it won’t be pretty.
