General Hospital Recap
The General Hospital recap for Thursday, January 31 features Julian finally listening to sense and telling Kim the truth. Ava (Maura West) and Julian (William deVry) played catch-up in the hospital halls.
Julian tried to talk Ava out of doing anything stupid to avenge Kiki’s death, while Ava lambasted her brother for giving up someone as great as Kim.
Meanwhile, Kim (Tamara Braun) and Drew (Billy Miller) spent some time at her place after their dinner at the Metro Court and it felt natural to both. However, Drew seemed to be gone by the time Julian showed up with a lot to say.
Kim stood there mainly silent while Julian told her he never slept with anyone else and he was sorry for making her think so.
He said he felt she and Oscar (Garren Stitt) would be better off without him. Then, he declared his love and walked out — and Kim just stood there stunned. We feel ya, Kim. (Pssst… Pick Julian!)
As it turns out, all Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) wants is the kind of love, passion, and joy she felt with Julian before he held a dagger to her neck on the docks. This all came out during a paid-for seminar at the Dawn of Day house.
This was also where Kristina (Lexi Ainsworth) confessed that all she wants is her mother’s respect. Alexis said she has it, but Alexis has had to come to terms with Kristina not living the life she envisioned for her. We feel ya, Alexis.
Down at the PCPD, Chase (Josh Swickard) and Jordan (Briana Nicole Henry) got it into their heads that Franco might be a suspect because they found notes at Peyton Mill’s studio and at Lulu’s office saying to talk to Franco.
Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) had no idea what the police think of her fiance. She was too busy reading books on parenting a gay child. Lucas (Ryan Carnes) and Brad (Parry Shen) saw her and she told them what was going on with Aiden.
And, the two men gave her some excellent advise and relayed their own stories of self-discovery.
