Hallmark Channel is combining the upcoming holidays with one of its most popular programs, When Calls The Heart starring Jack Wagner, for a Christmas special prior to the show returning for Season 7 in 2020.
Jack Wagner: Christmas Comes Early
In the holiday special, watch for Wagner’s character, Bill Avery, to turn the town of Hope Valley inside out as he searches for a misplaced gift. Meanwhile, Elizabeth (Erin Krakow) faces the challenge of celebrating her son Jack’s very first Christmas while she’s missing her late husband Jack more than she thought she could.
Meanwhile, Nathan (Kevin McGarry) hasn’t been living in town for long, but he is faced with whether or not to accept a new position in another city. But that would mean leaving Elizabeth behind. Is he ready to do that?
Lucas (Chris McNally) puts together a Christmas gala for everyone in town. He’s hoping to bring his family’s traditions to light and perhaps gain Elizabeth’s attention along the way.
Also, watch for Faith (Andrea Brooks) and Carson (Paul Greene) to intensify their union but a disconnect between them promises to cast a dark cloud over their holiday. It’s a little Gift of the Magi going on when Carson leaves Hope Valley to be with Faith while she takes off to ostensibly join him!
Meanwhile, Lee (Kavan Smith) and Rosemary (Pascale Hutton) try to locate an ideal holiday gift for Jack. Perhaps the biggest burning question is if Jesse (Aren Bucholz) and Clara (Eva Bourne) will get married after becoming engaged in the finale of Season 6?
