General Hospital Diagnosis: Is Lulu Too Self-Centered?

Lulu’s down a best friend since Maxie cut her off, blaming her for Nathan’s death and accusing her of being totally self-centered on General Hospital (GH).

In Lulu’s (Emme Rylan) defense, she never imagined her Crimson story to lure Faison (Anders Hove) out of hiding would have resulted in Nathan’s (Ryan Paevey) tragic shooting.

But Maxie (Kirsten Storms) isn’t interested in Lulu’s take on what went down. All she knows is that Lulu’s move to advance her reporting career has left her a pregnant widow, and she’s chastised her former BFF for being egotistical and all wrapped up in herself.

Soap Hub asked fans, point blank, Is Lulu too self-centered? Over 5,400 people cast their votes, and the results are heavily skewed in one direction. Here are the results.

Yes, It’s All About Lulu
An overwhelming majority of fans, exactly 82%, believe Maxie’s assessment of Lulu is spot on.

She is too self-centered. Lulu was determined to interview Nathan for Crimson, knowing it would be a blockbuster story.

And, worst of all, Lulu didn’t give any thought to how the whole thing could have played out or affect Maxie and her unborn child.

No, Lulu’s Selfless and Loving
Some 17% of you came to Lulu’s defense, calling her “selfless” and “loving.” What happened was an unfortunate tragedy, but none of it was ever Lulu’s intention.

She believed she was doing good for the community, and especially Maxie and her family, by coaxing Faison to Port Charles, where he’d be apprehended by the authorities and put away for life.

Somewhere in Between
The remaining 1% of you are caught something in the middle. At times, you think Lulu is caught up in her own world and career.

But you also believe she is truly a loving person when it comes to her family and friends and would put their well-being above anything else.
