Hypno Hype: Will Lulu Remember Who Stabbed Her on General Hospital?

On General Hospital, Lulu agreed to be hypnotized so she could remember the face of the person who stabbed her and left her for dead.

Laura (Genie Francis) wanted to be there to emotionally support her daughter. Jordan (Brianna Nicole Henry) wanted to be there to collect evidence. Ryan (Jon Lindstrom), pretending to be Kevin, and said both requests were impossible.

It would affect doctor-patient confidentiality. Of course, everywhere else on the planet, a patient can waive confidentiality, especially when it comes to a crime, but the law is different in Port Charles, it would seem. (And not only about this.)

So Ryan hypnotized Lulu (Emme Rylan)… and made her think Franco (Roger Howarth) was her attacker. But, will Lulu recall the real truth on her own? How almost 7,000 viewers voted:

It wasn’t even close, as 96% of you are certain the truth will come out eventually…all soap truths come out eventually. Franco isn’t the serial killer he used to be. He’s now a beloved romantic lead and father figure.

Franco bakes with Liz’s (Rebecca Herbst) boys! He and Elizabeth are planning on getting married and having a child of their own! He is totally domesticated! He can’t go to prison for crimes he didn’t commit. He didn’t even go to prison for crimes he did commit. It was the tumor! Lulu will realize her error sooner rather than later.

Only a tiny 4% think Lulu will never get her true memory back now that Ryan has messed with it. Which means Franco’s freedom and Ryan’s exposure are in the hands of the Port Charles Police Department. That… is a very sad prospect.

At this rate, Ryan will still be killing Lulu’s grandchildren before anyone buys a clue. Then again, Carly (Laura Wright) will probably figure it out. Because… Carly.
