Hurry Home, Heather: Is It Time For Her To Return To General Hospital?

Heather has been spreading her particular brand of crazy on General Hospital since the early 1980s. Most recently, she’s been obsessing over the son she kind of neglected to mention she had for a couple of decades, Franco.

With him dead, it would seem she has no more connections in Port Charles. Ex Scott (Kin Shriner) is hardly her biggest fan. Is there any reason for her to return to Port Charles? What over 3,000 viewers had to say:

We’re Full Up On Crazy

The majority 72% of you believe we are currently good on the crazy front. There’s Nina (Cynthia Watros). She’s never been the sanest. There’s Peter (Wes Ramsey), even if he is lying bloody at the bottom of the stairs. There’s amnesiac Sonny (Maurice Benard) and power-hungry Carly (Laura Wright). There’s Leisl (Kathleen Gati) who could revert to super-villain at any moment, and there’s Cyrus (Jeff Kober) who we’re all supposed to be terrified of. Heather (Robin Mattson) just wouldn’t have a nuts niche to fill.

Time Enough

A smaller 22% of the audience has been anxiously waiting for this. No one does absolutely deranged like our Heather. She can get away with actions even the certifiable would give the side-eye to. When Heather does them, they almost seem reasonable… in a crazy sort of way. Port Charles needs a woman who commits to the committed lifestyle!

Great Scott

Only 6% think it will be good for Scott to have his life turned upside down. Franco (Roger Howarth) has been dead for minutes now. Scott must be getting bored. Heather was the one woman Scott could never get out of his system, even when he knew how bad she was for him (Lucy has the same effect, only not as much). It’s back to the early 1980s for us!
