Guess Who’s Baaacckkk on General Hospital????

Uh-oh, General Hospital (GH) is about to get a visitor from beyond and she’s bound to cause a whole lot of trouble.

Since Helena’s (Constance Towers) will was read last year and she returned as a figment of Jason’s (Billy Miller) imagination to remind him there are things he may never remember, Helena’s story has been left unfinished.

The question remains–is she a figment this time, an actual ghost, or the real deal?
