Is Griffin Olivia’s Ultimate Endgame on General Hospital?

Olivia Jerome has shown that she’s just as crazy as ever this week on General Hospital.

But one thing drives her particular brand of nutty the same today as it did over 26 years ago – and that’s her undying love for dead Duke. She has already made it clear that her hatred for Anna (Finola Hughes) is just as strong this time around when she was poised to stab her before being rudely interrupted by Robin (Kimberly McCullough).

Yet, while hate runs strong with this Jerome, there is a thin line between that and love, and there is a chance that one person in Port Charles could finally flip Olivia’s coin. That man would be the object of her affection’s only child – Griffin (Matt Cohen).

Deep in her heart, Olivia is jealous that all of her enemies have a family. She wants that for herself – desperately. Who better than Duke’s son (who should have been hers – or is he??) to fill that horrible hole in her heart?

General Hospital has to be building to that all-important showdown between Olivia (Tonja Walker) and Anna – of that there is no doubt.

But we can’t help but think when she learns that Duke has a son, Olivia is going to turn all that obsessive energy onto him.

It seemed that it would be an epic battle between Olivia and Anna, but having it happen as Griffin’s life and freedom hangs in the balance could make their next (we can’t believe it would be final!) clash of the titans be even more exciting!

Will that happen during this stint, or could the show be holding onto that for another multi-month stint from the actress – perhaps for May or November sweeps? Either way, bring it on, General Hospital! These two powerhouse actresses will surely make it must-see viewing and an unforgettable GH moment.
