General Hospital is known for its criminal masterminds. There was Frank Smith, who needed Luke (Anthony Geary) and Laura (Genie Francis) to bring him down. There was Mikkos Cassadine, whose weather machine could have solved global warming. There was Helena (Constance Towers), who never says die – literally.
There were Faison (Anders Hove) and Obrecht (Kathleen Gati), who tormented each other at least as much as they tormented Port Charles. And there was Sonny (Maurice Benard), who runs an entire mob empire while remaining morally pure. (There was also wannabe Peter, but all he did was refuse to take cough syrup for that annoying rasp in this throat.)
But not one of the above can measure up to the evil genius that is Wiley. The boy is 2 years old. Yet, not only did he understand what Nina (Cynthia Watros) meant when she told him that his Grandpa Sonny was still alive, but almost 3,000 fans are actually worried that he’ll be able to convince someone else of what he heard!
A winning 80% of you feel certain that Wiley will make himself understood to Carly (Laura Wright), and that she will not only believe the babblings of a toddler, but she’ll also be able to figure out that it came from Nina and track down her presumed-dead husband.
A much smaller 12% of the audience thinks Wiley understood what Nina said and that he will be able to convey it to others – but no one will believe him. We have no idea why. If a tot can understand death, presumed death, and return from the dead, he is obviously a savant who has been put on earth to save us all!
Only 8% expect Nina to keep the situation under control. It would be the smart thing to do. But not blabbing to a kid who has tattled on her before would have been even smarter. General Hospital (GH) airs weekdays on ABC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
