The GH spoilers recap for Monday, September 12, 2022, features Cody Bell getting in over his head when he tries to make some fast cash.
GH Spoilers Recap Highlights
Thinking that Mac Scorpio (John J. York) wants to arrest him for stabbing Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West), Cody decided that the best way to make a quick buck and skip town would be to get in on one of Selina Wu’s (Lydia Look) poker games at The Savoy. He agrees to pay her back and then some if she spots him the money to get in. Selina then offered him an opportunity to make even more cash if he can find a way to get a few high rollers to lose.

Cody decided to think about things and checked with Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) if Mac really suspects him. The questioning was news to Dante, who told Cody that Mac is by the book and wouldn’t pin anything on anyone. After Dante and Cody discussed the mysterious illegal thing they did as kids, Dante promised his friend he would not go down for stabbing Ava. Knowing this, Cody called Selina and agreed to work for her in the poker business.
General Hospital Recap: Suspicious Minds
Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) really wanted to know why Ava wants Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) to stay away, and she fell short of telling him that Nikolas slept with Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl). Still, Sonny knows she is leaving a few things out and assured Ava he would do what it took to make sure Nikolas didn’t hurt her again — for Avery Corinthos’s (Ava and Grace Scarola) sake.
Meanwhile, Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst) began wondering if Nikolas gave her an alibi for that night to protect her or protect himself. She then broke down and explained that something is very wrong with her life, and Nikolas gave her a big hug that Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) walked in on. Finn had just been lamenting to Gregory Chase (Gregory Harrison) that he can’t seem to fix psychological problems.

When Nikolas left Elizabeth and Finn alone, Liz told him she was thinking of just telling the police about the time she has been losing.
As for Finn’s brother, Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard)? Well, he and Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) clashed when Chase suggested they call off their little plot to bring down Linc Brown (Dan Buran) — for the sake of their relationship, of course.
GH Spoilers Recap: Stella Confesses All
Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) just couldn’t imagine why Stella Henry (Vernee Watson) kept going on and on about how she really wanted Jordan and Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) to stay together. Stella then had to confess that she swiped their divorce papers right before her stroke, and they never got mailed. She never meant for any of it to go this far, but her stroke made her forget what happened, and she only remembered when she saw Portia Robinson’s engagement ring.
Needless to say, Jordan was shocked and furious. Soon, Curtis stormed into Jordan’s office, announcing their divorce was never finalized. Will Stella and Jordan tell him what really happened?
