On the heels of actress Kelly Monaco’s exit and her character Sam McCall’s murder, GH has opted to kill yet another lead cast member. Evan Hofer, who made his Port Charles debut in 2022, has been offed as mob enforcer turned cop Dex Heller. Just like Sam, Dex survived surgery only to die on Friday, December 13 suddenly.
Meanwhile, Joyce Guy, who debuted as Phyllis Caulfield back in 2020, has apparently exited the soap. The character, who last aired in 2023, had been managing Charlie’s Pub. However, in a recent episode, it was revealed that she’d moved back to Nixon Falls.
That was Gina Vitori portraying police officer Jackson. The character found Dex after he was stabbed in the park.
