Who’s coming and who’s going from General Hospital? Are any of your favorite performers from yesteryear returning to the daytime drama, this week, or in the not-too-far-off future?
Have any new actors or actresses been cast on the show in contract, recurring, or day-player roles? Are any well-remembered or beloved stars from other soaps, past or present, about to join the General Hospital fold in surprise new parts? Here’s the latest casting news from the ABC soap.
Charles Mesure is back as John Brennan, the former WSB director who was arrested and carted off by the cops following an altercation with Carly (Laura Wright) last December. He’ll share scenes with Finola Hughes’ Anna and Tanisha Harper’s Jordan on Tuesday, January 30, when the two women question him.
As the malpractice suit against Dr. Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) continues, Warren Sweeney is back as Judge Arnold, the official presiding over the case. Also, Annie Tedesco is portraying Mrs. Muldoon, the widow suing the doctor over her husband’s wrongful death.
Courtney Fulk’s run as Josslyn Jacks has come to a close. The actress has finished taping at the soap now that Eden McCoy is back.
It is being reported by TVLine that the last airdate for Nicholas Alexander Chavez as Spencer (to enable him to go shoot his series, Monster), will be January 31. How he exits remains a mystery.
