On the heels of the news that Lexi Ainsworth has been replaced by Kate Mansi (ex-Abigail, Days of our Lives) as Kristina Corinthos Davis, comes word that another “Davis girl” is being recast. However, this time it’s only temporary. Holiday Mia Kriegel will begin airing as Molly Lansing Davis later this month. The move was dictated by actress Haley Pullos being involved in an auto accident and needing to take medical leave while she recovers. Kriegel, who’s new to daytime, has guested on primetime series Animal Kingdom and Bull.

Susan Batten (ex-Luna, One Life to Live)  and Morgan Fairchild (ex-Sydney, The City) are reprising their roles as home-shopping stars Flora Gardens and Haven de Havilland, respectively, this week. The duo, who last aired in 2022, will share scenes with Sofia Mattsson, as Sasha promotes the latest Deception product.

It’s a wrap for Charles Shaughnessy. The actor finished his run as the diabolical Victor Cassadine when the character was pronounced dead. Shaugnessy stepped into the role in 2021. Victor was originally played by Thaao Penghlis (Tony, Days of our Lives).
