The key role of Molly Lansing-Davis has been recast – again. Brooke Anne Smith, who began airing last week, has replaced Holiday Mia Kriegel as Alexis’s (Nancy Lee Grahn) daughter. Smith is best known for her role as Shelby Hayes on two seasons of Tyler Perry’s Too Close To Home. She also recurred as Angelique Welch on MTV series, Awkward.
Kriegel stepped in as Molly in May, when Haley Pullos, who had played the character since 2009, was involved in a freeway collision. Pullos was subsequently charged with two felony counts and one misdemeanor count of hit-and-run.
Ella Lentini has joined the soap as Betty Rutherford. The dubious character is Avery Jerome-Corinthos’s new nanny,
Brad Schmidt returns to the Pentonville prison scene as Book. He originally aired as an inmate last year. His GH history also includes a gig filling in for Johnny Wactor as Brando Corbin in 2022.
