The Week of June 15, 2026
Scotty’s (Kin Shriner) daughter is heading back to Port Charles. Kelly Kruger has been cast as the new Serena Baldwin. The character, originally portrayed by Carly Schroeder, last appeared on the soap in 2017. Kruger is no stranger to soaps. She played Mackenzie Browning on Y&R and recurred as a publicist named Eva on B&B. She has been married to Darin Brooks (Wyatt, B&B) since 2016; the pair announced their separation last March. Look for the new Serena to make her debut next month.
Troy Lennon Appel has been cast as Hudson, a mysterious business executive headed to Port Charles. He’s set to make his debut on July 30. Appel’s credits include Revenge, Best Served Chilled, Blackmail, Lies and Murder, and Lethally Blonde.
Nazneen Contractor returns as Justine Turner. Josh Swickard’s Chase confronts the town’s district attorney on Monday, June 15.
Andrew Hawkes is back as Ross Cullum. The diabolical double agent gets new intel on Tuesday, June 16. Check out how Hawkes’ dastardly GH character came to pass.
Finn Carr pops in as Rocco Falconeri. The character, who’s on the run with Britt (Kelly Thiebaud), makes a horrifying discovery on Thursday, June 18.
Kirsten Storms appears to be out as Maxie Jones again. The actress, who took a leave from the soap in 2025 and returned briefly last February, announced the news on social media. “Given what’s been going on, I can’t say I will feel comfortable heading back to Los Angeles and returning to work,” she shared, referring to her complicated personal life. “This has been an eye-opening experience about the downside of my profession. My daughter is my entire life, she is (and always will be) my first priority.” Storms joined the show as Maxie in 2025. During her absences, the role has been played by Jen Lilley (ex-Theresa, DAYS) and, more recently, Nicole Paggi.
In addition, Kate Mansi made her final appearance as Kristina Corinthos-Davis, her character heading to Los Angeles to attend medical school last week. Mansi joined the soap in 2023 and is set to appear in the upcoming film Casa Grande.
