Just because you’re seeing Dante and Lulu on-screen on General Hospital (GH), doesn’t mean they necessarily have a story.
Sure, Lulu (Emme Rylan) was running around, playing Girl Reporter in her attempt to smoke out Faison (Anders Hove). And then she was dealing with the fallout of her snooping, which meant trying to support Maxie (Kirsten Storms) after Nathan’s (Ryan Paevey) death – and explaining how it wasn’t her fault.
Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) was busy, too, chastising Lulu and crying over Nathan. But that’s not driving story, that’s supporting story. Not that there’s anything wrong with that. But would fans prefer Lulu and Dante back front and center like they were at the start? Over 6,000 viewers shared their thoughts.
Loving Lante Lately
Remember when Dante and Lulu were GH’s hottest young couple? Remember when they worked together to get Rocco back from Britt (Kelly Thiebaud), or against Valentin (James Patrick Stuart)?
That was fun, and 77% of you would like those days back again.
You have lots of ideas – that don’t involve super-villains or yet another missing embryo baby.
If Lulu really wants to keep snooping, maybe Dante could join her in opening a detective agency. That might keep her from getting more people killed. And it would give them something to do together.
Leaving Lante
They’re fine the way they are, counter a less interested 22% of the audience. It’s not that you dislike Dante and Lulu. It’s actually the opposite. You like them. And you know that front burner couples usually means broken up couples.
You don’t want that for them. You want a happily ever after, and that means keeping Dante and Lulu as good, supportive friends to other people, who come home every night to each other – and don’t suffer from any problems that might possibly ever change that.
