General Hospital is no stranger to ridiculous stories. Remember the bunny rabbit who almost killed the entire town? The evil weather machine? Casey the Alien? Sonny, the noble mobster? But what was the most ridiculous story of this year alone? How over 3,000 voted:
General Hospital: Thanks For the Memory
Drew (Billy Miller) had his memories downloaded onto a flash drive. He was then brainwashed into thinking he was Jason (Steve Burton). Drew decided not to get his memories back since that would mean losing his memories of Sam (Kelly Monaco), and kids Oscar (Garren Stitt) and Scout. Then he went off and died.
But right before that, the memories were downloaded into Franco (Roger Howarth), instead, and he went to court to claim he was actually Drew. Liz (Rebecca Herbst) cried. And 39% of you snorted, “That’s ridiculous!”
Hit and Miss
Kendra decided to get back at Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) for running down her brother, Keifer, by slipping her rat poison. Alexis ended up in the hospital, and then on the highway, where Kendra intended to run her down. Except Kendra got hit by the car Lucas (Ryan Carnes) was driving and died. While 30% of General Hospital fans wondered what they’d just been forced to witness.
Die Another Day
A smaller 19% of the fans definitely did not feel addicted to the Dawn of Day story. As half of Port Charles got pulled deeper and deeper into Shiloh’s (Ryan Coby McLaughlin) cult, the viewers rolled their eyes and waited for it to be over. Then Sam and Jason got involved. And everything really went off the deep end.
Just Kidney-ing at General Hospital
Jordan (Briana Nicole Henry) needed a kidney transplant. Her loved ones got her one — illegally – from Ryan (Jon Lindstrom). Fans were expected to cheer and continue seeing Curtis (Donnell Turner) and Company as the good guys. But 12% weren’t having it. General Hospital (GH) airs weekdays on ABC.
