On General Hospital, poor Dev was killed in The Floating Rib explosion. Off-screen, performer Ashton Arbab has just celebrated a major life milestone.
That’s because he was born on February 14, 2003, in Manhattan Beach, CA, which means that this talented up and comer turned 18 years old on Sunday. Arbab’s love of acting developed when he was 6 and he was enrolled in the Children’s Theatre Black Box for Starlight Productions.
His professional career began with a series of commercials for Disney Resorts, as well as the company’s television channel and the gaming company Mattel. In 2012 he was cast in two short films — Salsera and PSY Wants to Kill Me.
Subsequently, he appeared in Mutt & Stuff and Alexa and Katie, as well as the made for television movie Most Likely To, the Netflix original Babysitter’s Guide to Monster Hunting, and another short, Lit.
Since March 12, 2019, Arbab has portrayed Dev Cerci on the ABC daytime drama General Hospital. Outside of his acting, Arbab is also a singer/songwriter whose output so far includes I Fall in Like Too Easily, Blue-Eyed Baby, and Spoil You — all released in 2019 — as well as his recently released single, Lovebug
Soap Hub would like to wish Aston Arbab a very happy birthday and you can too by clicking on the Twitter link below. General Hospital airs weekdays on ABC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
