Ryan Paevey left General Hospital to pursue other opportunities and hasn’t wasted any time getting out there! The actor’s already landed a new part — in primetime!
The actor, whom fans adored as Det. Nathan West, posted on social media a photo of him with Brooklyn Nine Nine star Joe Lo Truglio, who plays Det. Charles Boyle on the Fox sitcom.
Of Truglio, Paevey raves, “This guy…one of the warmest, funniest humans I’ve ever met.”
There’s no word on an air date yet, but Paevey indicates his character will be serious, which plays off Truglio’s comedic lawman character.
The comedy is set in the fictional 99th Precinct of the New York City Police Department in Brooklyn, New York (hence the show’s title)!
The squad room is headed by Captain Raymond Holt (Andre Braugher). Other detectives on the show include Jake Peralta (Andy Samberg) and Amy Santiago (played by One Life to Live star Melissa Fumero, ex-Adrianna).
