Crime’s not supposed to be rewarded but the on-screen antics of a character on General Hospital have led to a nice long run in Port Charles for his portrayer!
Parry Shen recently shared on Twitter that he’s celebrating taping his 200th episode on GH as Brad Cooper, the husband of Lucas Jones (Ryan Carnes).
“Hit a personal milestone today and filmed my 200th episode!” Shen wrote. “Originally planned for 4 eps, it’s been a fantastic journey with storylines I’d never fathom being a part of! Swipe to see the promo when I celebrated #100, and if I ever hit #300 — I shall recreate the last photo! Thanks for comin’ along for the ride!
Brad first appeared back in 2013 when his pal Britt (Kelly Thiebaud) enlisted his aid in helping her fake hyperemesis gravidarum during her pregnancy. In exchange for his help, Brad got a promotion!
Last year, Brad conspired with Nelle (Chloe Lanier), who asked him to take her son who was fathered by Michael (Chad Duell). And, more recently, Brad pushed Dr. Leisl Obrecht off The Haunted Star.
Brad’s working overtime to keep the true origins of his and Lucas’ son, Wiley, from coming out! Will he be successful? Stay tuned to find out!
