Spencer Cassadine gets into all sorts of election meddling mischief and may even end up in trouble with the law on General Hospital, but his portrayer, Nicolas Bechtel, has plenty of reason to celebrate!
That’s because the actor was born on February 15, 2005 in Fontana, California, which means that he turned 14 years old on Friday!
It’s pretty obvious to GH fans that the young man is growing up before their eyes or at least by their ears. During his most recent return, fans began talking so much about his voice, the actor himself had to send out a tweet acknowledging the change.
“Whenever I’m back on @GeneralHospital you all welcome me back with open arms. For that, I am thankful. And yes…my voice is deeper #gh #gh55”
Bechtel has certainly achieved a lot in his young life. In 2016, he was nominated for a Daytime Emmy Award for Outstanding Younger Actor in a Drama Series for his role on GH, which he has been playing since 2013. But, that’s not all.
In 2015, he became a special correspondent for Extra and has interviewed celebs like Chris Pratt, Adam Levine, Pharrell Williams, Blake Shelton, Christina Aguilera, Rebel Wilson, Amy Poehler, and many others.
He also starred for several seasons on Stuck in the Middle as Lewie Diaz, and also played Rob Kardashian on American Crime Story. He had a recurring role on Red Band Society as young Jordi, along with several guest spots on other TV shows.
Soap Hub hopes Nicolas Bechtel had the happiest of birthdays and you can wish him well too by clicking on the Twitter link below.
