On General Hospital, Nancy Lee Grahn’s character, Alexis Davis, is single. Off-screen, however, it’s a different story for the engaged (and engaging!) actress.
Nancy Lee Grahn: Happy At Last
As previously reported, Grahn, who has won two Daytime Emmys for her roles as Alexis and Santa Barbara’s Julia, has gotten engaged. Now, she’s sharing a photo of her and her fiancé having a romantic moment in a very memorable place.
“With my soon to be husband in his hometown, Eugene, Oregon, right in the spot where he got his 1st kiss. 💋 #CircleofLove” Grahn tweeted along with a photo of her and her fiancé sharing a smooch!
Grahn’s followers are thrilled for the actress and are chiming in with their support. “Why are you so adorable?! You’re making me believe in true love and stuff. Making me feel feelings,” wrote Stephanie.

Soap Opera Past
While most veteran daytime fans recall Grahn as Julia on Santa Barbara, her first daytime gig was as Beverly Wilkes on One Life to Live from 1980-82. After Santa Barbara went off the airwaves in early 1993, the actress appeared on the series Models, Inc. and Murder One before returning to daytime in 1996 as Alexis Davis, the daughter of the late Mikkos Cassadine (John Colicos).
The actress has played the role ever since. GH has given Alexis three daughters: Sam (Kelly Monaco), Kristina (Lexi Ainsworth), and Molly (Haley Pullos).
