Quarantine life can make us bored and boredom can make us think about food and any way to pass the time. General Hospital star Marcus Coloma seems to be experiencing just that as he decided to flex his musical performance muscles with a song we might all be able to relate to.
In a video that he shared on Instagram, Coloma takes his acoustic guitar, admits he has a little bit of “writer’s block” and admits that’s okay, he’s just going to sing about his life.
If this song is truly about his life, then Coloma wakes up determined to stay healthy and starts his day with protein and some vegetables, but that’s certainly not how he ends his day.
“When the sun goes down, it’s like a beast inside of me,” he sings. “And all I eat is ice cream. Can’t stop thinking of ice cream. I’m eating too much ice cream.”
This is something so many people can likely relate too. For this writer, as the sun goes down, it’s a chocolate bar — and maybe even some ice cream, too.
On General Hospital, Coloma’s Nikolas is still in a world where there is no quarantine or coronavirus, but there is a son he wants to reconcile with and a wife who wants all his money. And Nik might have to give up that money to Ava (Maura West) in order to make up for faking his death and traumatizing his son for over three years.
Will he get a chance to repair his relationship with Spencer (Nicolas Bechtel) before GH runs out of new episodes later this month? General Hospital (GH) airs weekdays on ABC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
